Workshops and training

that actually change how your team works

Whether you need space to step back and think, or practical training your team can apply straight away, we design sessions that help your team work in a way that actually feels manageable.

Delivered online or in person, and based on what your team actually needs.

Workshops

When work feels messy, stuck or unclear, workshops can create the space to pause and reflect. These are facilitated sessions where your team actively takes part - not just listens.

We use a mix of:

  • Guided discussion

  • Practical exercises

  • Visual tools (like whiteboards, flip charts or Mentimeter)

  • And where appropriate, LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®

particularly useful when:

  • Your team isn’t fully aligned

  • You’re having the same conversations on repeat

  • Things feel busy but not always effective

  • You need to step back and rethink how things are working

Training

These sessions are more structured and instructor-led, with a focus on practical takeaways your team can use straight away.

Examples include:

  • Time management for home workers

  • Prioritisation and workload management

  • Delegation and team communication

  • Working more effectively as a team

  • Introduction to asana, a project management tool

Training can be delivered as:

Delivery Options

We offer both online and in-person sessions, depending on what suits your team.

Online sessions

Interactive and engaging using tools like Zoom polls, Mentimeter and digital whiteboards to keep everyone involved.

In-person sessions

Ideal for deeper work, team connection and hands-on facilitation (including LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®).

If you’re not sure what’s best, we’ll guide you.

Bespoke workshops and training for your team

We offer off-the-shelf sessions that can be delivered quickly and effectively, or we can design bespoke sessions around your team, their challenges and how you work.

Most clients end up with a blend of both.

How we work

Workshops and training are designed by Sarah, and delivered by Sarah alongside a trusted network of facilitators and specialists.

A woman with glasses and long light brown hair is smiling while sitting at a table during a meeting or interview with another woman whose back is to the camera. The woman is wearing a white t-shirt, and there is a laptop, an open notebook, and a pen on the table. Green plants are visible in the background.

A gold mountain-shaped statue or sculpture with a black background.

Not sure what you need yet?

That’s completely fine.

Let’s have a conversation and we can figure it out together.
